Scott O, Kuznicki, P.E., is the President and Managing Engineer of Modern Traffic Consultants, his private-practice consulting firm serving clients in the surface transportation, urban mobility,aviation, logistics sectors. Scott is preparing public agency and private-sector clients for the automated, connected, electric, and shared future, building on his 20 years of experience in transportation operations and policy development. His work includes recent delivery of the largest enterprise-level traffic management centre in the world and key advisory roles with transport agencies, industry organizations, and mobility providers. He is the Programs Director for the Automated, Connected, Electric, and Shared Northwest Network, a private-sector industry group in Seattle and was recently named a Research Fellow with the prestigious Discovery Institute. Scott lectures at universities in North America and Europe and holds a private pilot certificate with an instrument rating in addition to his status as a certified UAS operator. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and a registered licensed professional engineer.
